Circus Smirkus Camp
Run Away to a Magical Vermont Summer of Circus Fun!
Smirkus Camp combines the excitement & thrill of circus with the fun & friendship of a traditional Vermont camp. European Big Top tents, professional circus equipment and top circus coaches. It's a great way to spend summer vacation. Campers learn skills safely in real Big Top circus tents, under the professional guidance of caring and experienced counselors & coaches. With a Staff to Camper ratio of 1:3, every kid is a star at Smirkus Camp. Author Yvonne M. Vissing just recently lauded Smirkus Camp as a “model of safety” in, “How to Keep Your Children Safe: A Guide to Parents.”
Which Camp is Best for You?
Choose from 2-day to 2-week residential sessions for ages 6 to 18, with beginning to advanced skills.
Smirkling Camp
Two-day (one-night) introductory sleepaway camp for kids 6 to 9 years old.
Smirkus Camp - Sessions I, II & III
1- and 2-week sleep-away sessions for campers ages 8 to 16 with beginning to advanced skill levels.
Smirkus Camp - Sessions IV
For ages 10 to 17 who have previously attended Circus Camp for at least two camp sessions, or have equivalent skills.
Intermediate Camp
Campers with intermediate to advanced skills, ages 12 to 18, apply for 32 spaces.
Advanced Camp
Campers ages 14 to 18 with advanced circus skills audition for 28 spaces.
