Program Details:

Enniskerry Farm has been operating a summer riding camp and lesson program since 1987. We are a family farm and pride ourselves on being a family friendly, child-oriented riding stable. This means that we have worked very hard to find very safe and kind horses. All of our lesson horses have been working in lessons and camps for at least three years, so they are all very experienced. Our camp program runs from 8:30 am to 4pm and each day includes riding, games, learning horsemanship skills, and swimming. All of our activities are as hands-on as possible, allowing kids to work with and enjoy the horses. We offer camps for beginning riders as young as 7 and for older experienced riders ready to attend show and jump. Kids are able to ride indoors and outdoors, making our program more versatile and less weather-dependant. Patty Hart-Ahonen has been teaching and directing the camps and lessons since the beginning. We also offer school vacation camps!
